KMC DIGITIZATION & LAND ARCHIVING

Requirement

With the growing need for digitization in organizations that helps with easy retrieval and management of data, KMC one of the most densely populated corporations of Karachi had the mission to completely digitize its premises along with the crucial project of archiving and digitizing some of the oldest land records of Karachi.

Solution

SI Global Solutions offered its services by setting up the premises with state of the art, network cabling, and civil works provided access points across the entire premises for strong connectivity throughout. The solution for the restoration of damaged documents in a useable form for the next several decades was made sure by preserving them with chemicals so that can be used for further digital archiving. After the treatment of damaged documents and records, they were scanned with hi-tech paper and book scanners and stored in secure servers to be accessed by authorized individuals.

KNIP-SINGLE WINDOW FACILITY SOLUTION

Requirement

The Construction and Land management of Sindh had been a tough practice. It took an individual a struggling effort to get their land issues and permits sorted through various departments under the Sindh Building and Control Authority. The need was to set up a Single Window Solution that offers all the service settled at a single station.

Solution

SI Global Solutions offered their services as the System Integrator for the Single Window Solution project. The team offered and executed complete infrastructure, from networking, hardware deployment including workstations, servers, international standard SMD wall, surveillance system, Queue Management System, PABX, AP’s and Printing Solution, The project is also set to integrate a Micro Data Centre (SMART RACK) at the site along with the Disaster Recovery Solution.
