Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our onsite team in Karachi. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, bidding on freelance platforms, and
converting prospects into clients. This is a commission-based role with a fixed salary plus
performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid actively on Upwork and other online freelancing platforms.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online platforms.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare customized proposals and follow up to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets of USD 3,000–5,000.
  • Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar freelancing sales role.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client conversion.
  • Strong proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with online freelancing platforms and bidding strategies.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
