Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Team Lead (Digital Marketing) to
manage and scale our digital marketing operations across global clients. The ideal candidate will
have strong leadership skills, hands-on expertise in 360-degree digital marketing, and proven
experience managing multiple client accounts across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a digital marketing team of 10+ members, ensuring productivity, performance, and professional growth.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee 360-degree digital marketing strategies, including paid media, organic growth, and performance marketing.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously across global regions, including US, Australia, UK, Switzerland, and the Middle East.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for diverse niches such as mobile apps, e- commerce, and real estate.
  • Drive performance marketing campaigns focused on ROI, conversions, and scalability.
  • Conduct media mining to identify high-performing platforms, audiences, creatives, and trends.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to optimize spend and improve results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align business objectives with marketing outcomes.
  • Ensure timely reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Team Lead.
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 digital marketing professionals.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Experience handling multiple global client accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across diverse industries and niches.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization and media mining.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
