Role:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and building relationships with clients primarily through phone, email, and online communication. This role is essential for driving revenue and expanding the customer base.
Experience:
Identify potential customers through research, cold calls, or follow-up on inbound inquiries.
Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, or virtual meetings.
Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up with leads.
Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent service and understanding their needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and updates using CRM software.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and lead quality.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1 or more years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication to effectively engage with customers remotely.
Ability to influence potential clients and negotiate deals.
Efficient in managing multiple clients, leads, and tasks.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
Ability to handle multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
