Job Description

Looking forward to connecting with individuals for the position of “Inside Sales Executive” with a minimum 01+ year of experience (Preferably Female) required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

-Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

-Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.

-Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

-Upselling products and services.

-Researching and qualifying new leads.

-Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

-BSc/BBA or relevant field (01+ year of experience Preferably female required)

-Well organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
