As an Assistant Manager HR, you will support the HR Manager in overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within our organization. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.

Role:

The position of Assistant Manager HR requires hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. Experience in managing HR projects and initiatives will be beneficial.

Experience:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Proficiency in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
  • Employee Relations: Ability to handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a harmonious workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Experience in performance appraisal systems, goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and employee development planning.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency in HR practices.

Skillsets:

  • Training and Development: Capability to coordinate training programs, identify learning needs, and facilitate employee skill development.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making: Ability to analyze HR issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Experience in supervising HR staff, delegating tasks, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
